blah...
another fav photo taken on the day of syf. =)
thought this is pretty cool. taken on the day of Aurora IX. =) playing our syf piece for concert. a spectacular view. =)
just making a point to post more photos on the blog so as to remind me of the good old days. the days i spent at guitar, the big days that i had, the various outings, the fun and excitement and lameness that we had, it just feels so good thinking back about them during this period of time where you are confined to your books, tutorials, notes, past year papers... got so sick of them and i will always claim that statistics makes me sadistic. shows how much i do not like about statistics.
still trying to make myself stay back in school everyday to do more work. so far it wasn't that bad. its good to be in an environment where everyone is doing the same thing as you. though i lack the discipline to do the same thing at home and during weekends, at least i feel more safer when i stay back and study in school.
something made me happy today. =) i am selected for the SPF tea session! hurray! thats once in a blue moon. though my results are lousy and i don't know why on earth i am selected, but i just happy about that. such a small thing makes me happy haha. may not be attending it though heh if others are not attending. makes me want to work harder from now on to push up my results. shall not disappoint myself and do last minute work and studying.
cant believe how i survived the 1.5 years in school with the least preparations for every exam with like starting to study only for 3 days?! just being plain lucky i guess in spotting the right questions i guess. regretted doing so. i have to spend thrice the amount of time in preparing for every subject. after much calculations, 3 days per subject is all that i have starting from next week. regret and more regrets. more practice i shall do.
doraemon. a cute character i liked from young. a robot cat with many hidden objects in its pocket. i like the surprises that can come from that small pocket. the little things from the future which can change our present lives and fulfil our wants. i like the author's style of getting the readers engaged in getting to read more of them. and of course, the friendships between the main characters, the good win over the bad, the little things that the characters do which can change the people's lives forever, the kindness and 'prankful' of Nobita, the sense of justice of doraemon. all these things add up to give a nice book, fabulous enjoyment. i have not gotten sick of it for 12 years i think. =) how i wish i got doraemon where i can fulfil my wants, my laziness and also explore the future. though i know this may not happen but hey at least it makes me feel so happy after reading the series. =D
oh well. don't think i will ever give up reading doraemon until i finish the series. maybe one day if i got rich enough i will continue collecting all the doraemon stuff though i have quite a few now ( thanks to those who gave me for my birthday! =) ) maybe if i earn enough money i will complete my whole doraemon series just like i am doing for conan. =D haha. comics rocks! lol. ( i had always claimed that the reading of more comics has improved my chinese proficiency since young LOL ) =P
time to get back to books! work hard everyone! =D
